He also founded Clear Path Consulting, a firm focused on helping organizations position, acquire or leverage Enterprise Content and Records Management (ECM) technology.

He served as the president of TrueArc, a leading developer of electronic records management software, which was acquired by Documentum. An innovator in the field, he designed the patented AutoRecords, which automatically determines if a piece of content is a record. A retired Navy CIO at the Naval Air Warfare Center he managed a staff of 900+ employees supporting over 15,000 customers. He is an NASD Registered Representative and holds a master’s degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Florida.
