I have only one question: how do people come to successful blogging? I try my hand in blogging too, try to read as much as possible, follow interviews with well known bloggers (have found 2 at http://rapid4me.com rapidshare SE), but nothing comes out so far... Do I need to learn om ny own mistakes only???

I''m not sure if you mean "How to write successful blogs" or "How to successfully drive traffic to blogs."

So, my thoughts on both:

To write successful blogs:
1. A blog is successful if you, the writer, enjoys writing it and enjoys reading it later. All other measures of success are secondary.
2. Read a lot, think a lot, and have something interesting to say. The difference between blogging and writing is that it is acceptable for a blog to look unfinished, but it should never be boring or trite.

To successfully drive traffic to your blogs: that is an art in itself, and requires marketing savvy. You should network and let people know. Beyond that, I really have no expertise in marketing. However, I tend to focus on quality. If a small number of the right people are reading your posts, then that is success, rather than a large number of people who generally don''t discriminate or appreciate what you write.
