Carlos Accioly has been working in the software industry since 1983 and with BPM since 2000, when he became a project manager at a Big Five consulting company. The skills Carlos acquired in this capacity came in handy when, in 2002, he became a regional professional services manager for a Brazilian business integration consulting firm. Carlos is now the COO of Hands, a leading mobile marketing company in Brazil, and a part of his responsibilities is managing the company’s business processes.
